All interested bidders will be required to submit the following criteria for qualification, including AIA Document A305-2020 Contractor Qualification Statement (with exhibits) to be evaluated by the Owner and Engineer prior to being issued Plans and specifications. The A305-2020 document must show the Contractor's ability to complete the Contract in a satisfactory manner on projects of similar scope and complexity. This prequalification statement must be submitted and received by the Architect no later than Tuesday, April 14, 2026. The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Proposal and Bid Specifications. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
