Site work for a laboratory facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a laboratory facility.

Scope of Work: Furnish and install an illuminated fabricated channel building mounted identification sign and an at-grade monument building identification sign per the Construction Documents. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 365 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Instructions to Bidders: Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The selected contractor must comply with M/WBE goals. State University of New York goals are: 12% MBE and 18% WBE participation of the total contract value. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
