The Abatement Contractor shall furnish all components required and supply all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and insurance, necessary to properly complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to: 1. The removal, handling and disposal of all asbestos-containing materials identified on the Contract Drawings. Abatement is considered complete when all layers of asbestos-containing materials are removed completely to the satisfaction of the Owner's Representative. The Abatement Contractor is solely responsible for completeness of abatement. a. Removal of ACM Built-Up Roofing (also contains coal tar pitch) b. Removal of ACM Roof Flashings (also contains coal tar pitch) 2. The minimum criteria by which the work shall be completed are defined in these documents. Upon returning set promptly and in good condition within 30 days after the date of the Bid Opening, plan deposits shall be refunded as follows: A. If the Contract Documents returned are in good condition, 100% of the plan deposit shall be returned to the Bidder. B. If the Contract Documents are returned in good condition by a non-bidder, 50% of the plan deposit shall be returned. C. No refund shall be made in any case for Plans and Specifications not in good condition.
