Contract award is based on the lowest cost bid for Tasks 1 through 3. All project sites will have varying methods of management activities and schedules (see Table 1). Typical activities include Tree removal, girdling of trees, forestry mulching, herbicide usage, erosion control installation, hydroseeding, fence installation, and other deer protection methods. All areas are to have trash and large debris removed prior to or during the hazard tree and invasive plant species removals. The contractor is responsible for the disposal.
