OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Central NY DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Community Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services at multiple sites in Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga Counties. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The contractor or its principals must be able to provide references verifying at least 2 years of relevant experience. All local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of these services must be followed. Contracts will be awarded to responsible and responsive contractors providing the lowest Total Combined Cost Per Season per Cluster. Prevailing wage will apply.
