The Town of Geddes intends to secure the services of an experienced and properly-trained Contractor to install closed cell spray foam insulation in their existing Town Hall, on the 7,600-square foot interior roof deck (R-29), and 1,150 square feet of block walls (R-9) located above drop ceilings. This project is subject to all state and local governing laws and regulations, and New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates are to be paid under the Contract.
