SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Bard Peripheral and Biliary Bare Metal Stents from a contract awarded by Premier. Vendors who sell equivalent Bard Peripheral and Biliary Bare Metal Stents may contact the University to discuss the procurement. Equivalency must be demonstrated by meeting the clinical performance of the Bard Peripheral and Biliary Bare Metal Stents. If offering a clinical equivalent, the vendor must provide free supporting clinical documentation, and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. Vendors must be authorized to sell Bard Peripheral and Biliary Bare Metal Stents as listed on the Premier contract or an approved equivalent. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed. Successful contractors must submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms. Anyone who can provide the described product is invited to contact the Hospital Purchasing Department.
