**As of May 6, 2026, this project has been awarded.** The scope of work consists of pavement rehabilitation on various streets within Lake Oswego as well as major upgrades to the existing signalization at five intersections: Kruse Way and Carman Drive, Kruse Way and Westlake Drive, Kruse Way and Kruse Oaks Drive, Bangy Road and Meadows Road, and Bangy Road and Bonita Road. These improvements will bring these signalized intersections into current industry standards for detection. The project will also construct about 60 curb ramps to bring them into compliance with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Most of these are located at the intersections within the paving limits. Work will consist of: temporary signage for pedestrian and traffic control, replacement of several stormwater catch basins, removal of asphalt concrete (grinding), construction of asphaltic concrete pavement inlays and overlays, installation of pavement markings, installation and replacement of some water lines, and performance of additional and incidental work as called for by the specifications and plans. Bids shall be submitted electronically only and must be received before the Bid Closing Time. Bidders must complete all required fields and upload bid forms via the provided online submission link. Bidder will receive an automated email confirmation and may verify receipt by phone. Bids will not be accepted after the Bid Closing Time. Bidders are encouraged to submit bids early. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the amount of 10% along with their Bid. Because the contract value is estimated at $100,000 or greater, bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form (provided in the Bid Documents) no later than 4:00 p.m. on the bid receipt date, via the same online link as the Bid.
