Sealed bids are invited for the installation of a turnkey new working irrigation well system connected to the current Harney 1J irrigation water system for the effective irrigation of a plot of land and crops located in front of Crane Dormitory, as well as nearby grass and shrubbery. The scope includes all labor, machinery usage, travel cost, inspection, and all other associated fees. The project is a prevailing wage rate job subject to the BOLI Wage Rates set by the State of Oregon. CRANE SCHOOLS may reject any late bids and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids if it is in their best interest. Work is to commence within ten calendar days of notice to proceed, and all work required in the contract must be completed within a reasonable time as material availability and delivery allows. First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms must be accepted until noon on the date of the bid opening.
