Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Elgin, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The goal of this contract is to engage a vendor to utilize the ComEd Energy Efficiency Program Incentive and/or Instant Discount Program (Incentive Program) for full funding to upgrade facility interior and exterior lighting using DesignLights Consortium Qualified Products at Elgin Mental Health Center, located at 750 S. State Street, Elgin, IL 60123. This procurement is for Small Business Set Aside Program vendors only. All questions, other than questions raised a Pre-Submission Conference, pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Information Contact no later than 5pm on April 1, 2026.
