Site work for a water / sewer project in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves water treatment upgrades to install PFAS removal equipment at the Well 7 and 8 treatment facilities. The work includes installation of owner-purchased Calgon Carbon Aquaknight filter units, furnishing and installation of standby generators, process piping, transfer pumps, electrical improvements, and other appurtenances. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check payable to the owner for ten percent of the total amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after the actual date of the bid opening. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid. Questions will be received through 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
