Renovation of a mixed-use development in Henderson, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
RFP-1 involves modification of existing serving lines at Henderson High School, including extensive field welding, demolition of existing counters, rewiring of electrical, and installation of new equipment. RFP-2 is for delivery, installation, and removal of any existing equipment at four campuses. Bid/proposals must be submitted in person or via postal delivery by 2:00 p.m. No electronic submissions will be accepted, and late proposals will be marked as 'no response.' RFPs will be evaluated separately based on price of product (40%), quality of product (20%), suitability of product for district purpose (20%), delivery and installation timeline (15%), and vendor references (5%). Payment will be by district purchase order, with invoices paid after approval by the CFO. Pre-bid questions and requests for walk-through of high school cafeteria/ kitchen will be available to any vendor until April 9, 2026. All questions and requests for walk-through must be submitted in writing via email to majackson@hendersonisd.org. Correspondence will be forwarded to any interested parties.
