Bids are requested for the Memorial High School Fall Athletic Bid for the school year 2026-2027. All bid specifications and forms must be obtained by written request or downloaded from the district’s website. Bids must be sealed and clearly labeled with the title, bid number, and name and address of the bidder. Submission must be by mail, express delivery, or drop-off in the designated drop box at the Business Office. Electronic (email) submission of bids is not accepted. Each bid must include: - A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to the West New York Board of Education for 10% of the total bid amount, not to exceed $20,000. - For corporate bidders, a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of the stock. - A non-collusion affidavit and a contractor questionnaire/certification. - A copy of the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of the Treasury. - Completion and submission of all required forms in the bid package. Failure to comply with instructions or to submit all required forms may result in disqualification and rejection of the bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award alternates as deemed appropriate and in any order considered to be in the best interest of the district.
