Firms submitting bids must be pre-qualified with the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services ("DAS") to perform concrete and/or site work and shall include with their bid a copy of a current certificate as issued by DAS. Additionally, any contractor or subcontractor performing any work on this contract must be pre-qualified with DAS to perform said services and shall include with their bid a copy of a current certificate as issued by DAS.
