Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing and placing the following items: Asphalt Fiber Reinforced Seal with Asphalt Fog Seal for Asphalt Seal Coat as per PennDOT, including mobilization, demobilization, and alternate work on Bull Road Extended. The work locations are Conewago Road, Rohlers Church Road, Circle Drive, Blue Bird, and Bull Road Extended. Bids must include a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the maximum bid, and the successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds as specified. Proposals must be submitted using PennDOT forms. All work is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in its best interest. Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid.
