Construction services to repair two existing buildings at Holloman Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and management necessary to complete the required building repairs in their entirety. Work shall be performed in accordance with all technical, quality, and performance requirements identified in the Statement of Work, and the contractor must demonstrate the capability, experience, certifications, and resources necessary to successfully execute construction activities of this nature. The requirement is being evaluated for planning and market research purposes only and may be revised prior to any future solicitation.
