Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Salem, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16-room recreation facility; six-room recreation facility; for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.

The project includes the construction of six new two-bedroom cabins and renovations to various historic buildings at Current River State Park. The new cabins require site modifications for views overlooking the upper lake, and will be similar in layout and style to the recently constructed Echo Bluff cabins. The lodge renovation involves changes to the dormitory wing to accommodate 16 people in sleeping rooms, considering modern expectations of space and comfort. Renovations also include an upgraded kitchen, dining area, and needed structural repairs. Accompanying work includes parking and sidewalk connections in compliance with current code and ADA requirements. Interior and exterior improvements will be made throughout the project to increase accessibility for park visitors and staff. The work includes water and wastewater services to meet the needs of the new cabins and the corresponding electrical supply system requirements.
