The city is seeking bids from qualified vendors to supply 15 remanufactured pole mount completely self protected (CSP) transformers: five each of 10KVA, 15KVA, and 25KVA units. The transformers must be remanufactured, delivered, and include a warranty of at least 90 days. Vendors must provide warranty information and a quote for the 15 transformers, including delivery to the specified address. Bidders must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope marked "Transformers" to the City Clerk. Proposals must include a completed and signed bid form. Bids received after the submission deadline will be rejected, and faxed or emailed bids are not accepted. The city reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive informalities, and accept any quote deemed in its best interest. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, considering factors such as the bidder's ability to perform, experience, compliance, financial resources, product quality, and ability to provide future maintenance. Local businesses in Dent County, Missouri, receive a preference factor in bid evaluation. The city may award all or part of the project depending on funding availability. The winning bidder must obtain a City Business or Contractor License prior to starting work.
