Site work for a water / sewer project in Franklin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the replacement of five-hundred (500) fine bubble diffusers and associated hoses at the Franklin Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant's Aeration Basin No. 1. The estimated contract value is $1,150,000. Each proposal must include a bid guaranty, as required by Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.54, either as a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid, or as a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to file a performance bond for the contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty days after the bid opening. All bids must be properly signed by an authorized representative. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bids submitted. Questions regarding the technical specifications should be directed to Daniel Knecht at the Warren County Water and Sewer Department No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation must be in writing to Daniel Knecht at dknecht@warrencountyohio.gov To be given consideration all questions must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, April 24, 2026
