This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the Township) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Bath Sewage Treatment Plant Effluent Recirculation System as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). A significant quantity of treated water is used within the headworks processes at the Bath Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). An effluent recirculation system has been designed to reuse final effluent within the headworks processes to reduce the usage of treated water. The details of the recirculation system are included in Appendix F. The work will include but is not limited to installation of a channel gate, pump, and pressure tank, as well as associated piping and appurtenances.
