Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Portland, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The selected company shall provide the following services: 109 Corridor sewer system analysis of current flow as well as new development impact; 109 Corridor lift station system design and upgrades required to remove SSOs from the collection system; provide cost-effective alternatives and list project priorities; collaborate as needed to ensure the best overall results; review other completed and ongoing analysis to avoid redundant work; review all consent orders to ensure projects meet timelines; prepare construction improvement plans; assist with bid, award, CEI, and construction phase support as needed. Companies shall submit one electronic copy and five hard copies of the Statement of Qualifications that includes, in order: cover letter detailing company history, changes, mergers, and specialty; project understanding and approach with all tasks to complete scope of work; relevant experience with similar projects listing size, cost, start and completion dates, and any cost overruns; qualifications of key personnel and sub-consultants assigned to the project; schedule and time of completion for each segment such as design, permitting, bid, award, and construction; past performance and references for similar work, disclosing any known claims, professional negligence, damages, indemnification, or litigation/arbitration in the last three years. Failure to adhere to these requirements may make a proposal ineligible for review.
