Site work and paving for an educational facility in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
Proposals are requested for Asphalt Paving for participating school entities in Chester County. Procedures for submission of the proposal are detailed. Requests for additional information on the total Request for Proposal should be directed, in writing, to the Purchasing Manager at the specified address. Questions regarding individual school district information in Section V should be directed to the person named on the individual school district's sheet. Sealed bids are to be delivered to the Chester County School Districts' Joint Purchasing Board, C/o Chester County Intermediate Unit, at the specified address, in a sealed envelope marked 'RFP - Asphalt Paving # 2627-10.' Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read via Zoom link available on the CCIU website. In the event it becomes necessary to revise any part of this request for proposals, an addendum will be provided to all proposers who received the basic request for proposal. Requests for clarification should be in writing and directed to Jason Lichtfus, Purchasing Manager, using the Request for Clarification form provided in this bid packet by 2:00 PM, April 4, 2026.
