Bidders must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project. Bids will only be accepted from bidders who receive contract documents directly from online , Planrooms, or Kirkham Michael. Each bid must include a bid guaranty equal to five percent of the total bid amount, by certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the North Cedar Aviation Authority of Charles City, Iowa. Bids may be held for 90 days for evaluation. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
