**As of May 14th, 2026, the project was awarded to Vada Contracting, LLC with an awarded amount of $782,578.65** Site preparation including mobilization, tree protection, silt fence, bio logs, and inlet protection. Removal of existing bituminous trails, bituminous courts, concrete sidewalks and curbs. Removal and replacement of chain link backstop and chain link field fencing. Earthworks and excavation related to trails, playground containers, courts, and baseball dugouts backstops. Installation of culverts related to stormwater. Bituminous pavement for trails. Bituminous court pavement with color coating and striping. Concrete flatwork and curbing related to backstops, playgrounds, and sidewalks. Installation of players benches, basketball hoop systems, and tennis and pickleball netting systems. Construction of ADA pedestrian ramps, including concrete, truncated domes, and bituminous patching. Seeding and restoration work required. Coordination with playground vendors for installation timing and container layouts. Work is to be performed at three park sites: Belmont Park, Delaney Park, and Moeller Park.
