Professional engineering services are requested for the evaluation and rehabilitation design of the Montgomery Bridge, which is jointly owned by the Minidoka County Highway District and the Burley Highway District. The scope of work may include review of existing records, field inspection, structural evaluation, load rating analysis, development of rehabilitation alternatives, preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates, permitting coordination, and bidding and construction assistance as requested. Firms will be evaluated and ranked based on qualifications and experience. The highest ranked firm will be invited to negotiate a contract for services. The districts reserve the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications and to waive informalities in the selection process.
