Olmsted Falls City Schools is advancing an approximately $87 million facilities master plan that proposes a district-wide consolidation, renovation, and selective replacement of aging school and support buildings. The plan targets the district’s oldest facilities, including the Early Childhood Center, Falls-Lenox Primary, and the transportation facility, and addresses major deferred needs such as roofs and HVAC systems. The proposal is currently under review through public forums, with formal consideration by the Board of Education anticipated in spring 2026 and would ultimately require voter approval for local bond funding. As of June 2, 2026, the project is in master planning stage. A design firm, construction manager, and general contractor has not been released.
