Sealed bids will be accepted for the "OLMSTED FALLS 2026 CONCRETE PROGRAM." Each bid must contain the full name of every person or corporation interested, and if submitted by a corporation, a copy of the corporate resolution authorizing the bid must be provided. Bids must be prepared on forms supplied by the Engineer and submitted in a sealed envelope endorsed with the project title. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings can be examined online or purchased from specified sources, with a fee that includes registration, one hard copy set, and a set of PDF files. Bidders must state prices separately for labor and materials and submit bids in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding labor on public works. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond issued by a surety company licensed in Ohio is required. Each proposal must include the full name of all parties submitting and evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Compliance with prevailing wage rates for Cuyahoga County and the City of Olmsted Falls is mandatory. Bidders must meet insurance requirements and equal opportunity provisions as stated in the bid packet. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive any informalities. SCOPE The project consists of concrete removal and replacement with other associated work located on Sussex Drive and Willow Lane as directed by the Engineer or Service Director.
