Anthony Airport Construct T-Hangar 2026 BASE BID: 5 Bay T-Hangar. Work includes: Mobilization (1 LS), Nested 5 Bay THangar (1 EA), Unclassified Excavation (500 CY), Embankment in Place (700 CY), 6 P-2X9 Aggregate Base over Geotextile (2200 SY, includes 150 SY of Non-Participating Base), 6 Concrete Pavement (2050 SY, includes 150 SY of Non-Participating Concrete Pavement), Yellow Pavement Marking with Beads (404 SF), Black Pavement Marking (808 SF), Seeding (2 ACRE), Install & Remove Silt Fence (400 LF), Traffic Control (1 LS). Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to City of Anthony Bids may be held by the City of Anthony for a period not to exceed 90 calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The right is reserved, as the City of Anthony may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
