The project involves providing engineering services for public infrastructure improvements, including water, sewer, stormwater, and other public infrastructure projects. The selected firm will be responsible for initial consultation and evaluation, funding assistance, preliminary engineering reports, final design, construction administration, inspection, and close-out services for capital improvement or maintenance projects. Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis as determined by the City. Project goals include treatment plant upgrades, collection system improvements, water system improvements, stormwater improvements, and other rehabilitation or expansion projects. The delivery method will be Design-Bid-Build. The final scope of services will be determined with eligible firms prior to any agreement.
