Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Central City, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for painting a 1,265,000 gallon standpipe tank, with all furnishing of labor and materials and completion of the work as described in the associated specifications, drawings, and contract documents. Bid instructions include careful preparation and clear marking of bid envelopes. A certified check or bid bond amounting to at least 5 percent of the base bid must accompany each bid. Bidders must certify non-segregation of employee facilities. Late bids will not be considered. Bids must comply strictly with the advertisement and specifications, and the owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Questions are to be directed only to the designated contact, not the owner. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the CONSULTANT, Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
