CONTRACT NO. 2026-01 - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT NO. 2026-02 - ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION Project locations: a. Cameron: 122 Cameron Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 b. Nolt: 1944 Nolt Road, Mount Joy, PA 17552 Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 10:00 AM ET The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the upgrades of three existing dry well pumping stations to (2) suction lift stations and one (1) submersible station, along with the installation of 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch sewage force main and installation of of 8-inch gravity sewer main. Work includes installation of three (3) owner-procured package pump stations, control systems, new channel grinders, new precast wet wells, temporary electrical connections, a new electrical service entrance, modifications to the existing generator buildings, precast manhole structures and yard piping, site paving, fencing, grading, demolition of all existing pumping station facilities, and maintenance of sanitary sewer flows throughout construction. Two separate contracts will be issued for the project: General Construction and Electrical Construction. The Elizabethtown Regional Sewer Authority will receive sealed bids online for the Cameron, Colebrook & Nolt Avenue Pumping Station Improvements project. All documents and solicitation details are available online. A certified check or bid bond for 10% of the total bid is required, issued by a surety licensed to do business in Pennsylvania. Bidders must register online to obtain project documents and to submit or update their bids. Bids are to remain open for 60 days from opening, or up to 120 days if delayed by government approval, bond sale, or grant award. Bidders must bid on all items listed. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds and must substantially complete the project within 270 calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contract is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing wage and employment verification laws, OSHA, and other state labor and non-discrimination regulations.
