The area currently serves as former administrative offices and will be converted to the Operations Office suite, including a new badging office. The new location allows Operations personnel to be in closer proximity to day-to-day airfield operations, enhancing coordination, communication, and overall operational efficiency. o Work includes reconfiguration and modification of existing offices to better suit Operations workflows, the creation of a dedicated badging office, and upgrades to building systems within the project area. Technology and low-voltage systems will be modernized to support current operational and security requirements, including enhanced communications, monitoring, and data connectivity. HVAC distribution and controls within the 1,920 square foot area will be adjusted and upgraded as needed to improve comfort, ventilation, and energy performance consistent with current codes and airport standards. o A new exterior storefront egress door will be added from the renovated Operations Office area to the airside, improving egress options and providing direct access between the office suite and ramp operations. No change is proposed to the overall building height, construction type, or total building area; the work is limited to interior remodeling and system upgrades within the defined project area and the addition of the new egress door.
