Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hinckley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work involves supplying materials and labor to install a black coated chain link fence around the perimeter of the yard at 62264 Grouse Trail, Hinckley, per provided layout. The approximate fence perimeter totals 285 lineal feet, with 305 lineal feet of 6' fence and a 6' wide gate included in the base bid. The contractor must provide a unit cost per foot for installation, which will be used for adjustments based on the actual installed amount. The fence layout requires placement starting at the rear left corner of the house, following the yard's existing perimeter, with all posts placed outside of the septic mound berm. Removal of small trees, brush, overhanging branches, and shrubs necessary for installation, as well as the cost of any required digging or land alterations, must be included. Installation is contingent on the completion of the onsite septic project. The contractor is responsible for identifying any discrepancies with industry standards or codes, securing all permits and fees, reconnecting any utilities, and repairing damage caused by the work. The contractor must field measure all dimensions, regrade and seed any damaged yard areas, and include a 0.5% TERO tax fee in the base bid if over $25,000, with proof of payment required for final payment. All materials must be ordered upon contract approval, and installation must be completed by the stated deadline. Bids must be submitted as a lump sum and mailed in the required manner. Contractors must comply with Davis Bacon wage requirements, submit all required licensing and insurance documents, and adhere to Mille Lacs Band American Indian Employment requirements. Product substitutions require prior approval, and the Band reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
