This request includes four (4) separate contracts. o Contract A includes Coal Tar Pitch Emulsion and Roadsaver 222. o Contract B includes High Density Mineral Bond and Roadsaver 222. o Contract C includes Aspen Pavement Rejuvenator and Roadsaver 222. o Contract D includes Polymer Modified Masterseal (PMM) and Roadsaver 222. All products can be modified with material on the TDOT Qualified Products List (QPL). All prices are to include labor, striping, cleaning, and any other materials needed to complete the job. The City of Portland hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability in consideration for an award. No Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal has been set on this contract. However, the use of DBE or minority/women owned firms are encouraged.
