The target start date for performing these services is May, 2026. Special requirements: 1. Contractor to Provide a Royal Restroom ADA +4 Trailer or approved equal as a substitute to the public during the restroom improvement project. This facility will be available to the public and the events rentals while construction is underway. TOB will clean the restroom during the rental duration. Contractor to coordinate with Royal Restrooms and TOB to replenish consumables for the restroom while the project is underway. TOB will provide a water source, electrical source, and access to a sewer cleanout for the facility. Contractor will make connections/disconnections. Location to be coordinated with contractor and TOB. 2. Contractor will need to be aware that this is a public park and is an active rental space.
