This RFQ is for design services only; construction and design-build services are not included in this solicitation. The project site is located at 76 May River Rd, Bluffton, SC, and the planned facility is a 15,000–20,000 square foot public library intended to serve the rapidly growing southern region of Beaufort County, including Bluffton, Pritchardville, and Okatie.
