This notice is to inform contractors and consultants of upcoming contract opportunities at 15 Wing, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan for Real Property Operations Group (RP OPS) and Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) base program. It aims to allow contractors and consultants to assess their capacity and interest in participating, and to prepare for potential solicitations, including initiating any necessary steps for security clearances. Projects may include security requirements and some may be reserved for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). Future contracts will be subject to separate tendering or request for proposals processes and awarded through various procurement mechanisms, including open competitive tenders, Open Construction Source List (OCSL), Quick Response Tender (QRT) source lists, source lists for professional services, and standing offer agreements. Interested contractors must have or obtain the required security clearances prior to contract award and can initiate the sponsorship process through Defence Construction Canada’s Industrial Security Program (ISP). Instructions for joining source lists and applying for sponsorship are provided. Contractors and consultants are responsible for bearing any risks and costs related to sponsorship applications and security clearance processes.
