This opportunity is for upcoming contract work at 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Saskatchewan, which includes a large Range and Training Area as well as the Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot. Contracts will be for Real Property Operations Group (RP OPS) and Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) base program and may include construction and professional services projects. Interested contractors and consultants are advised to assess their capacity to participate and prepare for possible solicitations, including beginning the security clearance application process if required. Various procurement methods may be used, such as open competitive tenders, invitation-based source lists, and standing offer agreements, with some projects potentially reserved for Indigenous businesses. Contractors and consultants are instructed to download the project list from MERX to understand the anticipated solicitations, ensure they hold or obtain all required security clearances before contract award, and follow instructions for sponsorship applications if security clearance is needed. Bidders assume all costs and risks associated with their applications and are responsible for the completeness and timeliness of required documents.
