Renovation of a mixed-use development in Onamia, Minnesota. Working plans call for the renovation of a 2,690-square-foot municipal facility.

The work will be done under one prime contract that includes General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. The scope of work includes existing roofing system removal, selective demolition, new roofing system installation, unit skylights, mechanical disconnects and reconnects, and electrical disconnects and reconnects. Concurrent work at the project site includes asbestos containing material abatement and third party Special Inspections and Testing. Bidders are advised that this project has a 7% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, and Veteran-Owned Small Business subcontracting goal. All responses must be submitted and received electronically in the Online Plan Room; fax, email, and printed responses will not be accepted or considered. Bidders are responsible for all costs incurred in responding. Prime Contractor Responders must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting in order for their bid to be considered. Site visitations are not mandatory but are scheduled and require registration and identification; independent, unescorted observations are not allowed. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Existing roofing system removal. Selective demolition. New roofing system. New skylights Removal and replacement of selective rooftop mechanical equipment. Electrical and mechanical disconnects and reconnects. Plumbing drain reconfiguration This project has a 7% (seven percent) Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), and Veteran-Owned (VO) Small Business (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goals established.
