This notice is for informational purposes only and provides a description of maintenance dredging work to be ordered under an existing multiple-award contract. The work is divided into a base requirement and three options, with the base and dredging options incorporating up to two feet of allowable overdepth throughout. The base work consists of maintenance dredging to the required depths shown on the contract drawings, with dredged material placed at Disposal Area 1 (D/A-1) and Disposal Area 2 (D/A-2) as directed by the Contracting Officer. Additional base requirements include bird monitoring and standby time. Option A consists of supplying additional field-cut weir riser boards as requested by the Contracting Officer. Option B consists of secondary maintenance dredging to the depths and locations shown on the drawings, with placement of dredged material at D/A-1 and D/A-2 as directed, and also includes bird monitoring and standby time. Option C consists of mobilization and demobilization for secondary maintenance dredging if the contractor demobilizes from the site after completion of all base work. The Price Target Range is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
