Bid is cancelled This proposal is for a Complete Turnkey Project. Proposals are solicited for furnishing the merchandise, supplies, services, and/or equipment set forth in this Bid. Interested and qualified vendors are requested to provide bids in accordance with the specifications established within this solicitation. Vendors must log in to the Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District e-Bidding website to view solicitation documents and submit their proposal electronically by the deadline. All questions or inquiries related to this solicitation must be submitted online via the "Questions" tab. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the official opening; after the opening, bids may not be amended, altered, or withdrawn without recommendation from the Director for Purchasing and approval of the Board of Trustees. Vendors are required to register on the district's e-Bidding website; there is no vendor fee for this service. Bids must not include Federal Excise or State Sales Tax. The District reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids submitted, to waive any technicalities, and to award bids in the best interest of the district. Proposals will remain sealed until the due date and time, and contents will be confidential during the negotiations period.
