Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Questions regarding this project should be emailed to Jeremiah Pearson, Town of Falmouth- Parks Superintendent. Email: Jeremaih.Pearson@falmouthma.gov 1) Installation of necessary brackets and materials on existing concrete pad to receive the new performance stage. 2) Installation P.T. performance stage frame according to provided Deck Plan. 3) Installation of new 20'x20' performance stage, perimeter step, railings, and ADA accessible ramp. All framing Lumber shall be #1 Select Pressure Treated. Deck Fasteners shall be stainless steel hex head screws. All concrete and Lumber anchors shall be galvanized.. All trim shall be regular PVC, railings shall be extruded cellular PVC, and Decking shall be 5/4 Timbertech composite, or equal. Please refer to details in Appendix B. 4) The Town shall be responsible for terminating the existing deck power and the installation of stage outlets upon project completion. 5) The Contractor shall provide work notice to the Parks Superintendent 3 days in advance of starting construction.
