Sealed bids are requested for drydock and overhaul services for the M/V Eagle. The contractor must be prepared to receive the vessel at their venue, commence work immediately after receipt, and complete all work by the specified completion date, at which time the vessel is to be delivered back. Each bid must include a bid deposit amounting to five percent of the total contract price, in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer's, or cashier's check from a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, amend or modify bids with the bidder's consent prior to acceptance, and waive any informality at their discretion.
