Old Burying Ground Gravestone Conservation and Preservation, Phase 2A The project consists of historic gravestone conservation through methods including, but not limited to: excavation, fracture repair, resetting plumb and level, and cleaning with approved specialized products in Old Burying Ground, Falmouth, MA. General Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum total bid price, payable to the Town of Falmouth, MA. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond with a surety company licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Wage rates for this Project are subject to the minimum wage rates as per M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D inclusive. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M. Bidders shall indicate their intent to comply with the Town of Falmouth's Supplemental Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Discrimination and Affirmative Action Program. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or reject any and all Bids, or to accept the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Falmouth.
