The contractor shall provide a complete turnkey flooring modernization solution, including all labor, equipment, and materials required to remove and dispose of existing carpeting and install new flooring in two separate buildings, ATC5 and ATC6. Each building contains rooms with identical layouts as shown in the referenced diagram, with each room measuring approximately 21 by 27 feet, for a combined total of approximately 1,134 square feet. Work includes removal and off-site disposal of existing flooring, preparation of the subfloor, and installation of new flooring. All work shall be performed to commercial standards with no structural modifications to the facilities. Installation must be coordinated with the designated installation point of contact no later than two weeks prior to the start of on-base work to ensure access and that work areas are cleared. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1600, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Unauthorized photography on base is prohibited and any photos must be approved in advance by a Government point of contact.
