This project is for the as-needed supply of replacement membrane filters for a reverse osmosis unit used to treat well water for potable water distribution. Purchase orders will be issued for each purchase with a minimum of 70 membrane filters per order. Bidders are required to submit their bids in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the bidder's name and address and the project name, or electronically as specified. Bids submitted by facsimile or e-mail will not be accepted. The bidding process is governed by applicable state and local laws, and all responsibilites for checking for addenda and ensuring timely delivery rest with the bidder. The Parish reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to terminate or revise the bid at any time prior to contract execution. All materials submitted become the property of the Parish.
