Lincolnway & 2 Monroe Street, North Aurora, IL 60542. Bids must be received at the Village of North Aurora, Attn: Nathan Darga, Community Development Director, at 25 E. State Street, North Aurora, IL 60542. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the North Aurora Village Hall. Access to the subject property will be provided following this meeting. Contractors are required to comply with the Prevailing Wage Act. The Village of North Aurora reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Village. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
