The Work, includes, but is not limited to: - Parking garage security improvements and facility upgrades to the existing parking garage. - Improvements include installation of security pedestrian gates at two east stairwells and at level 1 pedestrian opening on the west side. - Replace existing perimeter metal screens at level 1 with new metal screens. - Add new pedestrian gates at the western entrance along with swing gates at the eastern entrance/exit ramps. - New resurfacing, patching, re-sealing, and re-stripping. The Department of Administrative Services requests written bids to secure construction services for Executive Building Parking Garage Security Updates located at 155 Cottage Street NE, Salem, Oregon 97301. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference-directly or through an authorized representative-and must be on time and stay for the entirety of the conference.
