Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center; and stadium.

Sealed bids will be received by Oakview Venue Group, as operator of Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall and the Atlantic City Convention Center, as agent on behalf of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority for an audio system upgrade. Sealed bids must be mailed, presented, or delivered to Oakview Venue Group at 2301 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401, Attn. Clark Hughes, Director of Capital Projects/Procurement. OVG accepts no responsibility for the timeliness of any bidders delivery, mail, or courier service. Sealed bids must be submitted in the manner prescribed in the bid specifications. The sealed envelopes must be labeled AUDIO SYSTEM UPGRADE AS-NEEDED GENERAL CONTRACTORS and contain the bidders name and address and the bid opening date. Bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in public at the OVG offices at 2301 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey.
