Delivery and placement of double application of approximately 48,115 SY of CRS-2PM (E-3M) Polymer-Modified Cationic Emulsified Asphalt with Type A, washed No. 8 coarse aggregate on various Township roadways. All work must be performed as directed by the Township. Contractor shall be responsible for street sweeping roadway surfaces prior to application, traffic control, and street sweeping excess stone from the road following application. Contractor will provide labor and material necessary for installation of Double Seal Coat, and Single Seal Coat with Slurry Seal. Contractor is responsible for street sweeping roadway surface prior to installation of asphalt seal coat, and traffic control in accordance with PennDOT Publication 203. Excess stone must be swept from the road surface with a pick-up type sweeper prior to Slurry Seal. Work must be coordinated with the Township. (A minimum of 5 working days notice must be provided to Springfield Township prior to commencement of work.)
